it could also be a trigger for the release of some more results, no point putting out good news only to help the JV partner raise the money
also, some are referring the market cap as being less than $100m. Based on my calcs I get a project value of $200m on a fully diluted basis at 19c per share. There are 700m shares in total, noting some of these are performance shares but will no doubt vest in the medium term. Then from their latest announcement TSO owns 95% of the subsidiary that owns 70% of the project (66.5% of the project in total attributable to TSO). Is that right?
