Just got back home from the Australian Energy and Minerals investor conference and all eyes were on James for his presentation as Andromeda's was "highly anticipated".

I was standing up the back and throughout James' talk I noticed many many investors taking photos of the slide up the front - something that was not done on any previous presentations. Another telltale sign was once James time was up I would estimate 10% of the room (roughly 15-20 people) cleared the room with James (along with myself) out towards the Andromeda Metals investor table.

a real eye opening experience meeting with JM for the first time.

my first question was in regards to updates of funding. James replied that he and the team are continuously being approached by large scale investment party's in his words "daily". I explained concern from the community for potential CR and he said given today's prices if that were the case dilution would be significantly low. He followed up this remark by stating the main priority is funding via banks - the difficult part with that is their lack of knowledge of the industrial mineral.

my next question was directed at an update of our Chinese marketing partner. JM replied stating it has been difficult for him as each city he travels to in China he must quarantine so it has been slow as a result of COVID-19.

James mentioned there are some very exciting new uses for halloysite/kaolin which he isn't allowed to share just yet but given the grin he let out I would say he is very excited for.

I asked about an update on Camel Lake and James was thrilled to update me that the agreements with the indigenous land holders are going well and can hopefully have a market update regarding that in the near future.

The team brought some of the pure halloysite which will be used in the carbon capture space - James repeatedly stating product valuation $3-$4 million per tonne in high demand in various uses, an example he gave was in submarines. The end product of this use can then be used to create ethanol/methanol - completing the cycle to be fully sustainable.

not even 20-30 minutes after James' presentation did the line wipes begin to take out new all time highs, maybe there were some big fish in the room - take that as you will!

Very happy overall to finally meet James, Rhod and the team and managed to officially be in the ADN hat crew...

... and before you ask, they are in short supply still - it was hard for me to even get my hands on it!
