bit off topic but feel it may be useful for some.
It has been bitter sweet these last couple of weeks with my portfolio growing significantly as ADN makes up about 70% of it. 12 months ago my ex left to head back to England as she was not enjoying being around me while i stressed about money and trying to save for a house so i could retire as thats what everyone is told in Aus thats what they must do... before i discovered the potential in investing.
She left and that appears dead in the water now and its been hard watching the money come in knowing that if i just chilled out for a bit and focused on the relationship Id have the best of both right now, and probably working out where we were gunna go after the pandemic. Just a note to people to enjoy the good times with investing but dont get too caught up in it all and not to let it get in the way of those close to you. sorry for the sob story aha
