Yes, i think its the only market that could take the volume. I'm 99.9% sure it will not be economical in concrete and will see basically 0 sales in that sector.
They clearly have the data and mix designs ( from doing the trials ) but choose not to release any of it... leads me to think they have come to the same conclusion.
