it sure is different because the $28m didn't include a Wet processing plant onsite from year 1. In Year 1 they intended on shipping raw dirt to China for processing.
They are now looking to build a wet processing plant on site in Year 1 and hence the extra cost but with that there will be lower opex.
I mentioned in a post last night that James has mentioned he's getting daily calls from people wanting to invest and cover 100% of capex.
It's another pathetic attempt to distort the truth. Don't let the truth get in the way of your agenda.
