I'm not sure if that would impact CS's Australian holdings.
You would think that if they wished to liquidate some of their holdings they would arrange an off market transfer and avoid any market mayhem. That's what any responsible holder would do,.
Given that shares borrowed by shorters is now approx 35 mil as at 29 March I suspect this was a massive dump by the shorters to scare the market.
As it occurred in the last few minutes of trade yesterday I'd call that manipulation.
