Hi WBA,
BC was consulted to provide the best path forward (strategy and execution phases), for SPL to maximise profitability. They may have overseen/ helped with the contracts as well for T&Cs, KPIs, etc.

SPL would have acted on this and we have a deal with Lloyds.

So hopefully we're exactly where we should be in our strategy execution phase, thanks to BC, although some here may have advice for them as well.

Why don't we all wait and see the execution phase continue to actualise before making any comments as to how well it's working or not, instead of daily commentary based on ??? (ill-informed, assumptions, best-guesses, or whatever the arm-chair keyboard warriors are providing).
