It will be very interesting to see whether Graham Samuels and the ACCC apply similar competition rules to BHP & RIO, that they do with Telstra..
Beacuse if they do, surely this anti competitive joint venture between the two mega miners cannot see the light of day..
If I were Chinalco, I would not grab my bat & ball and walk away, just yet..
