I have been sitting on the sidelines of this forum for a while and feel I need to post.

Shorters are part of the maturity cycle of an asx listed company. We made the asx300 so etfs had to buy us. Some of these funds lend to shorters. It's just part of investing in listed entities. Some people have a long view, others have a short view.

When we grow further we will enter the derivative market with puts and calls. These are instruments to trade directionals.

What I don't like is the attitude of the shorters, but that is the game they play to drive the price down. Illegal? Price manipulation? Not for us to decide.

I suggest we all stop taking and responding about and to them. Let's not wish them harm or loss, just ignore them.

Like you, I'm in this for the long haul so today's price is not of concern, infact it presents good buying. The fundamentals have not changed. The forecasts from @wombat777 and others are still holding.

Lets get this forum back to a great, friendly useful forum.
