Everyone investor has their own purpose and strategy, they can make money by being long or short. If they make money, they're seen a being right, and if they lose money, then they're wrong.
I have no qualms about investors shorting any stock if the fundamentals warrant it, good luck to them because they take just as big a risk as the longs. My issue with our resident shorters is the blatant misrepresentation of known facts, and worst of all is the gloating and taking joy in the misery of others.
I personally know people who have committed suicide due to financial ruin caused by their stock market investments. It takes a special kind of evil sickness to specifically setout to ruin people and then rejoice in their downfall. Yep...these trolls find joy and fulfillment in seeing the hopes and dreams of some struggling families being shattered.
What goes around eventually comes around. Whilst I do not wish personal harm even upon our gloating shorters, I certainly will not be feeling sorry for them when the tables are inevitably turned.
Keep the faith, nothing has changed; in the blink of an eye we will be witnessing loud regrets from spooked sellers as massive news drops in.
