General comments/chat, page-19862

Unfortunately the comments made by James Marsh can be interpreted as contravening ASX & Corps Act. I'm not surprised he regretted making them. (1) they are in writing so there is an audit trail (2) it probably puts ADN into the sights of ASX/ASIC from here on (3) if there are "good things coming" they should be announced even if not a certain contract e.g. could say "well progressed" & no need to identify the counterparty. By making the comment it implies certainty when there may or may not be any. Unfortunately all you guys beating your chests about this have actually done your investment a disservice. And be as smart arsed as you wish since I doubt any of you have quite as much experience with these things and I certainly have more than the unfortunate James (or Grivas, Shearer, Ranford + Harding). The other Directors need to be careful too as he has put them in the spotlight - there are strict ASX announcement protocols these days (if I was one, I wouldn't be happy). I have no current position in ADN but was recently short (closed well before today).
