Yes. For example, If all 10 patients display rapid and complete remission (particularly compared to existing public data on other interventions) you it would provide enough confidence to skip the cost of a Phase 2 (which is there to provide the numbers) and go straight to Ph3 (which gives you numbers but also compares to existing interventions).
