I agree with your sentiment, and appreciate you are standing up for someone you respect.

My problem with Roy’s posts was IHMO he repeatedly made incorrect statements about the level of shorting, and did so when ADN was under an active short and distort attack. JM has since acknowledged the impact of shorting and misinformation on social media.

There was some good non-toxic and frank discussion when the SP reached the high 30s that ADN might be overpriced. So it wasn’t like the forum had its collective head in the sand. Those who stayed with the stock, like me, knew the mkt cap exceeded the old PFS, by a long way, but believed the HPA and HK prospects will reward long-term holders. Yes, I may well be wrong. But that’s my choice. I don’t need non-holders constantly telling me the obvious, re-posting the same statements over and over again. But if they do, their right to post is also my right to reply.

My civility evaporated when Roy repeatedly refused to acknowledge the shorting impact, and continually used outdated numbers, despite being pointed to the correct ASX source data. Why would a non-holder take so much time to distract from the shorting during a short attack? So that’s the lens through which I viewed his posts.

But yes, things have got way too toxic, and in this respect, I am not helping.
