A continued low SP justifies itself to the market.
Once a/some fund manager decides it is a screaming buy and backs it up with a big purchase, the price will rise and the market will find the confirmation it is looking for to continue buying.
What the hell? I think the this stock will rise with greater ease from 80 cents to 1.20, than it will from 40 to 80 cents.
