Normally I'd agree. But the short and distort campaign has knocked hundreds of millions off the market cap.
If this is legitimate selling, and the shorters are just taking a ride, then yes, its a waste of time.
The issues ADN needs to address, IMHO, are the achievable market size and pricing for K and HK. The DFS won't address this, only BOAs will in my opinion. However, if the BOAs are going to take time, then staying silent only feeds fear. I believe addressing these shorters will help stop the bleed until the BOAs are finalised. If the shorters have coordinated, then that's illegal, which makes them fair game for ADN to pursue.
I believe this is a coordinated attack, as the pattern is clear. First there are the "sage" posters, worried the mkt cap exceeds the (obsolete) PFS, peddling the same uber-superficial analysis. Quickly followed by a coordinated deluge of misinformation from the usual players, both here and elsewhere. The SP tanks, they take their profits, give the SP a chance to consolidate for a day or so, then rinse and repeat.
If the above is true, then the longer ADN stays silent, the longer the bleed. I know JM has addressed this verbally in an interview. But I don't think this is enough. So while we wait for the BOAs, I'm all for ADN hitting the shorters with lawyers. And if that means trawling HC, twitter, etc for evidence, then its worth the effort IMHO.
