Unless there's another case I can't find, one of the directors of TWE sued an AFR colomnist, not a social media poster and it was over comments about her personally, including as a director of Blue Sky which went belly up. Like I said, they only start throwing around legal actions or threats of them when they have nothing else left.

GSW BIG BLA HML CDU etc etc. There's a very long list of companies that threatened to or actually attempted to sue social media commentators. There is probably an exception somewhere but the rule is they go to zero or very close to it
