Allianz investments have been looking at this resource and it is very valuable because
1. The glacial conditions to produce Halloysite are very rare worldwide
2. The conditions need flat plateau land and millions of years of special conditions to produce nanotubes of standard size and shape.
3. Industry needs to be sufficiently advanced to need these products - now demand will increase expotentially for many new applications
4. Australia is stable and advanced
The value is hard to estimate but is in the Billions
