How do you know Allianz investments have been looking and do you know in what capacity?
Until MEP share is taken there is no part of the project up for sale and it would be destructive to holders to sell any part imo unless of course it was a cornerstone investment or packaged as part of a funding agreement which is an entirely different story.
I do not think any broker or house / family office will cover the stock until they get a shoe in through some sort of raise due to fees etc.
Can’t see them buying on market either.
My Hope is ADN acquire MEP, hold 100% of the project then find a cornerstone investor to fund it.
