Will you sell the moment they give their first dividend? Or you're waiting til dividend and sit pretty until you decide to sell down a portion?
i find that statement difficult to determine sentiment. Ideally, I'd like to hold and receive dividends, but is the belief that once they pay dividend, the SP will be significant? dividend at the start will be different to dividend down the track, as blue sky may not be realised until further down the track from first dividend.
i have a piddly amount. 260k.
