I haven't looked heavily into site specifics before,

This appears to be the current structure on site.
It's approximately 32m in length and 12m in width.

The lot itself is 84m wide, and is between 104m and 130m deep,
with a clearance of 61m from the perimeter to the structures exterior walls.

It's quite possible that the structure may be reused as there is still plenty of additional space on site.




On another note, I understand transporting material by rail is most cost effective.
However I never realized how close these tracks were to our new site.
