Agreed on your points, Digger01. I'm excited for the DFS.
A counter point to the $700/tonne BOA with the Japanese company being bad is if we had a $1200/tonne BOA with a chinese company, the nay sayers would've said the Chinese company is probably a fake and will fall through. I don't think ADN could've done anything good for the first BOA in some peoples eyes. Bad press fit the narative at the time, which is easy to see looking back now. Looking back is sometimes a btch.
The $700/tonne is a good BOA because it's the first and with a Japanese company, who aren't fools. Plus it was agreed without a DFS/BFS being annoucement and with the mining app just being put through. It's a show of confidence in JM and the team.
