OK.
So the big picture I see is following story.
ADN starts mining and processing kaolin to supply ceramics and coatings markets while conducting research on other uses.
If the AEM technology works and once there is sufficient money available ADN can pay for technology, build the HPA plant themselves and start producing.
This is not a simple production process or low capex operation.
The whole HPA race is to find and prove technology that can produce stable purity level HPA at a lower cost than traditional bauxite refining process.

What am I missing?
