Judging from the lack of comment, you blokes don't realise the company HAS to do a CR between now and end-September - do you think they can market product with a "Going Concern" note in the accounts? It's not about the product, the DFS, where you think they will be 1,2 or 3 years from now. It's basic accounting and auditing, nothing else. The professionals know this. Then it's a matter of how much $$$ ADN decide to raise. You all hope small and that is all they theoretically need - a few million. Do they get seduced by the ECM folks to go a bit harder - "we could do $12million at $0.12" ?? No idea, but none of the board have really had experience in this area at bigger amounts of money and the share register is not in the company's favour to push back. No position, but this might help explain some of the shorter thesis.
