plenty of source material on the asx of “binding contracts” not being so binding when push comes to shove, not saying MSI aren’t legit because really there isn’t much info to go on either way.
you claimed the project could have 100% debt, frankly that’s unrealistic
compare this to a stock standard known quantity gold project in tier 1 wa, even they don’t get 100% debt or even close.
hopefully new people do their own research and don’t believe unrealistic things like you have posted.
