dont forget we are mainly retail investors and a lot of us have been here a long time
we sit around as shareholders accepting institutions manipulating the share price and watch shorting go on but no one is listening

now im not for one second saying James has done anything but well for the company , but in this case with the aggressive shorting and a cr needed its pretty obvious what the shorters are expecting and that is a cr where they cover thier shorts then making another fortune on the way up

well its time to stop this rubbish if we can , DO NOT FORGET we own the company and its common law that directors act in our good faith
if we as shareholders are unhappy with the current shorting of the stock and and immenant capital raising given to the big boys to do what they want with then we are well within our rights to discuss this with James , best case scenario here is to gain as much finance as we can and allow the shareholders to fund the remaining amount if we can , what normally happens and its a joke , lets say we got 75% finance and needed 25 million , what will happen if we dont stop it is the big boys will get 90-95% and a small amount will be tossed to the shareholders to fight over , we will all put our max bid for them in and send the money and maybe we will get 1-5% of allocation , this needs to stop , if we are a retail company then we have the power to make some changes here
Pezz as you are a significant holder please take our concerns to James , i will be dissapointed as a long time holder if this goes the wrong way
Change wont happen unless we start to do something about this allowable criminal activity that is our sharemarket ,
IN NO WAY WILL A HEAVILY DISCOUNTED CAPITAL RAISE GIVEN TO INSTITUTIONS TO ALLOW SHORTERS TO COVER THEIR SHORTS THAT HAVE TAKEN MONEY OUT OF MANY PEOPLEN WHO HAD THIER STOPS HIT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE SHAREHOLDER
