Yeah I did find it interesting yesterday that the "non-holders" got very quiet as the talk of a SPP escalated.

Also the SP increased which was interesting.

@theloft who had been highlighting the need for a CR before the next quarter to fend off the auditor, posted that we couldnt call an EGM for a SPP (which wasn't the suggestion anyway). I just had a look at @theloft posting history, again very interesting. Posted a handful of posts back in December about, you guessed it, the need for a CR despite ADN having $8m cash from option conversion. Then on 18/03 (the day after the 45c high) the posts really ramped up to where we are now.

So IMO our friend is very much at the forefront of the short campaign from the high in March with the view of covering into a CR.

Every avenue should be explored to avoid allowing them the easy way out and I think a SPP at a slight premium to the current SP could be a possible option.
