Calm down, no need to sound rabid.
My point is the comment was redundant in light of the potential that they knew a CR couldn't be obtained at that SP(if that is the case). I never implied he should say "sell your shares".
You don't know anyones timeframe for selling a share, but his statement implied confidence the SP would stay where it was. It has now dropped 50%... Agreed fundamentally nothing has changed, but a board knowing a CR couldn't be obtained would also know what would've happened to the SP.
For what it is worth, my timeframe horizon is long term, but that doesn't mean I'll not question certain decisions/statements.
