I would rather take the risk and suffer the consequences in the short term after replacing at least JF, if not her and at least some of the BOD. The current leadership team have proven to be inept at managing the business side of this company (apart from receiving very high salaries themselves. I don't want to pay them anymore, they are IMO undeserved).
Yes, there will likely be a drop in share price if we removed some if not all of the BOD. And at this point, I can't help but think "so what?". The share price is already in a free fall, and there is no sign of any parachutes in sight. Perhaps we would do better to suffer in the short term and then recover well with a CEO and BOD who can get this company back on track.
I view keeping JF and the BOD as throwing good money after bad. Cut them loose. It doesn't matter how good the science is with this mob in power, they are HOPELESS at commercialising the products produced. This bodes ill for the DEP projects also, except perhaps for the one in development with AZ, and in this case, only because of AZ.
Cut JF loose at least. Spill the BOD. Get rid of them. Enough is enough.
