Its just a classic pump and dump share issuance,
1. Announce share issuance because more money needed to pay $250K+ salaries
2. Surprise, sign up for share issuance is negligible - extend.
3. After extension. Surprise, sign up for share issuance is negligible - extend.
4. Seek advise of Towner senior, arrange for JV announcement based on nothing but hot air, don't even bother to put a company name on the JV, post to ASX.
5. Share issuance all signed up. Excellent, survival for another couple of years on $250K + salaries.
6. Announce with regret, JV partner has pulled out to ASX.
