Agreed sand isn't just sand so to speak, but the price changes dramatically from a 20kg bag to 1t, this was literally the first website I looked at and their prices.
As for the add mix, that's a whole different kettle of fish, far outside my expertise, but one would imagine we are going to be kicking around with 20kg bags for the green shed. If it happens it'll be the 1t bill bags like the pic for one of the big boys in town. All IMO
