So if this is the case why have CRO rolled over, why have they not said HAY your wrong we are appealing this decision as its incorrect and we have a valid case against this decision? they have the channels to do this if the had a case.
Why the below announcement - which to me reads tand I quote "THE COMPNAY ADVISES THAT IT DID NOT, AND DOES NOT HAVE, ANY MATERIAL INFORMATION WHICH IS ANNOLUNCEABLE"
