It’s totally up to an individual shareholder if they choose to be a active shareholder whereby they may opt to phone and write to investor relations, ask questions at an AGM, submit AGM voting forms or send queries to the ASX all in an attempt to get the best value from their investment.
Alternatively someone can choose to be a passive shareholder and just go with the flow. So if you are happy the share price and with the performance of CEO Jackie Fairley and the BOD then that’s your prerogative. You do you.
And for the record I don’t hate Jackie. I just think it’s abundantly clear that her time is up. Her performance in commercial execution is clearly lacking and her priorities and commitment to Starpharma are questionable. See my stats below.
