Well to be honest, there has been a hell of a lot to Digest here today but all things said and done, this is an excellent info dump if almost a little to much for the market to process....

None the less, here are some highlights I've picked

TotalResources have increased from old DFS of 8.85 to 14.73 in new DFS. Does NOTinclude any of the new drilling we are doing at the moment (but we know thiswill be between an extra 10-16 MT on top as an absolute minimum).

Total ore reserves have increased 2.2MT to 7.4 MT in new DFS (extremely importantand we are now comfortably able to mine for 10+ years and know with certaintywe can supply contracts for 10 years minimum)

CAPEX has unfortunately gone from 73 Million AUD to 89 Million AUD (a slightrise but not the end of the world when you consider the growth in tonnage peryear)

Original DFS targeted production of 175 000 tons of Spodumene per year, this isnow lifted to 197 000 tons (so a 16 million dollar is CAPEX doesn't seem like much of a big deal at all considering what we are getting in return).

NPV 10 was $114 million dollars to a NPV8 OF 411 Million dollars and bear inmind this is using a Spodumene price which is currently below the spot priceand that price will only continue to rise in future. If upwards of 1000 USD aton we could be around an NPV8 of 580 Million if I have done my figures correctly?

All sustaining operating costs FOB Cost goes up to 441 over project mine lifebut does includes royalties, sustainment of CAPEX, haulage etc (so it’s a very all-inclusiveprice for the cost of mining except taxes).

Lithium fines which give us another 12 million a year in additional revenue.

IRR from original DFS at 80%, IRR from updated DFS Stage 1 + Extension ScopingStudy + Li Fines Scoping Study at 81% if based on an extremely low spodumene priceof 850 USD (remember yet again, were likely to command a price over 1000 USD aton so there is a huge amount of further upshot to these figures here and its likely to blow the IRR out of the water once the actual off-takes are locked in)

Clearly stated direction that they want to end up being a Hydroxide producer and areimplementing the steps to get there. Have NT and Federal Major Projects statusand a 6 million dollar grant to get started on a pilot program in Darwin (whichindicates the government are serious about Core Lithium moving up the strategicsupply chain).

Spot price per ton for is currently 925 USD per ton and rising. Most optimistic figures used in DFS was 850 USD a ton so you know that all the handsome profits they are promising are actually likely to be conservatively priced as we're likely to top 1000 USD per ton in the next month or so.

Frankly I am baffled by the markets response and can only think its literally been too much of people to initially digest just how good this news is and that Share Prices will continue to rise in the coming days as investors begin to cotton onto what's really happening and Stock Market commentators put things into a more concise format.

To the board and to Stephen, AMAZING job guys. Seriously impressed with what you have released, you all deserve a round of applause for having cleared this hurdle so well and I am extremely excited for the company's future!
