firb did approve ozl but put a clause in the bindings stating prominent hill was not to be taken over as it was in the best intrest to keep land adjoing millitary zoning..i dont own ozl but thats what i heard ...sorry off topic, but not sure if we would need firb approval as the project is in africa not australia..shell or any other company would not be intrested in any other projects that far have so would say they would just go for the % they have already and shell would just be the majority farm in partner..just thoughts
