The rational for this kind of incentive is two-fold: a. the Board is responsible for shareholders' interests and
b. under job-sizing frameworks, such as the Hay method, measures such as revenue and market cap influence the job size.
Regardless, the news that revenue has exceeded the prospectus forecast is relevant and welcome!
