100%. We are so close, de-risked with the BOA's, it's only a waiting game. Some of the dribble I read makes me wonder, if anyone's unsure of their investment go and reread some announcements or watch an interview with JM. Long lead items funded is a massive tick personally, that's just one step closer to breaking ground. gltah
