    HAPPY FRIDAY THE 13TH...

Anybody count how many times DF states 'the partners'?? I did.....10 times. If thats not a hint, I dont know what is!!!

Nothing mind blowing but all very, very positive and showing how far we have come in such a short period.

Looks like the scoping study will definitely not be concluded by the 18th, but as a positive , the scoping study and a definitive agreement should be completed well within 12 months

'However it is the Partners’ intention to have a Scoping Study completed, Definitive Agreements executed and the
Feasibility Studies advanced well within this time period.
    Other highlights include-

'Discussions underway with multiple potential domestic export off takers, shortly expanding to
    include potential international off takers'.

    and

'The opportunity that presents itself is huge, and we have been overwhelmed with the support we have
received from the State Government, the Shire of Carnarvon, Traditional Owners and other key
    regional stakeholders.'
As I stated earlier, although this announcement is not mind blowing, it shows how far we have progressed.
It is important to take stock and comprehend that Province only took this project over on the 15th of February this year.

So we have only been pursuing green hydrogen and what has evolved into the the HyEnergy project for just UNDER 7 MONTHS!!!

    Back then the anouncement was-

Province Resources Ltd (ASX: PRL) (Province or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has
entered into a conditional agreement to acquire all of the shares in Ozexco Pty Ltd (Ozexco) which
holds seven exploration licence applications in the Gascoyne Region of Western Australia that are
considered to be prospective for salt, potash and mineral sands (Gascoyne Project), together with
potentially being suitable for developing a renewable green hydrogen project (HyEnergy Project).
We were originally suppossed to be a salt and potash producer, with potential for the HyEnergy project. My my, how times have changed!
Now its ALL about the HyEnergy project, with not much being said about Potash and Salt!!! Onward and Upward!

So, Imagine where we could be by the conclusion of the MOU , in the next 8-9 months?

    Possibly-
    1. Heritage sorted
    2. Environmentals sorted
    3. Solar and wind studies positive
    4. Domestic Offtakes
    5. International offtakes
    6. Scoping study complete
    7. Definitive agreement with TotalE
    8. Definitive Transport and pipeline strategies
    9. Key board appointments
    10. Federal and WA government support and grants

    ETc...ETC...You get the picture...

Its all sounding very promising, and makes for an overwhelmingly compelling argument to be patient and let the Province story organically unfold.

I am also a Vulcan holder and I didn't really want to draw a comparison here, but I feel their respective journeys and possible future trajectories are so similar, that I can't help myself. Remember, Vulcan didn't even have a powerhouse like Total E onboard and they have hit all time highs and been over $15 the last couple of days.

No wonder Gavin Rezos, the chairman of Vulcan is so heavily invested here....maybe he feels that way too!!

All in my humble opinion ...of course.

    Good luck Provincials....hold strong.
