Can shorts actually make money out of such a small spread? 0.165 - 0.160 = 0.005 * 500,000 units (theoretical) = $2,500 gross profit.
What's the borrowing cost paid to the broker?
Surely people aren't running transactions like this for $2,500 per day (before borrowings)?
