It often drops harder though. Its what happens every 6 months then 5 months later its higher by $7 or so.
So expect it to drop back to $17 or so then in 5 months time it will be back at $26.
Look at he graph below. Every 6 months the stock drops around the dividend time then shoots back up over 5 months before the cycle starts again.
