There is no doubt that the resource Sundance has is world class and only likely to increase in size. Whilst 3 Billion is a lot to invest up front, if a JV is struck with a combination of equity stake and off take at pre-determined or discounted spot/contract prices I cant see how SDL wont be a winner for all involved.

As far as how the XTSXOS trades work im not to sure. All I know is what the code stands for. I imagine that brokers in the coutry that the stock is being purchased in has to buy it from our market and transfer it over, if that makes sense. SDL is traded on the OTC market in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Munich
