I thought I had read all the details. Did I miss something? Section 1.13 of the prospectus seems to make it quite clear and my broker indicates I'm not eligible to participate. New Zealand retail investors are eligible for the free shares from the in-specie distribution, but aren't eligible to participate in the priority offer.
