Yes and in my experience it is not unusual for large investors to be given a few advantages like a full tour of a mine site and/or access by their in house or consultant geologist to raw geological data from the company which might have been used to put together a JORC estimate as an example.
Perhaps a meeting with the CEO to go through capex figures.
They certainly would not be privy to Top 20 movements
