Ann: US patent issued for DEP cabazitaxel nanoparticle, page-17

Forgive my skepticism but past performance in relation to patents granted, which are then followed up by subsequent license deals doesn't really fill me with confidence with JF & Co.

For example; this patent was issued almost 3 years ago for a product that is to treat viral conjunctivitis; you know the illness that:


"There are currently no approved therapies for viral conjunctivitis and it remains an area of significant unmet medical need globally."


You would have thought the urgent need for these SPL7013 opthalmic drops would have seen a license deal 3 years on from that patent being granted - just sayin'
