A pretty pessimistic set of possibilities there but fair enough, given what's transpired this year. 12c is about my average and would likely see me drop out. Personally I'm hoping and assuming the board plans to get the DFS and ML out of the way before any subsequent CR. Both should get the SP into the mid 20s at least. That way if another CR is required, it'll be at a much higher price.
The big question mark is the presence of 30 million shorts still on the books. Let's hope this is tactical to keep the SP down and other buyers away while they gather longs. If not, $5 million or so is too big a gamble without at least some inside info. Time will tell, of course.
