You guys get way too emotional on any questions asked, and you waste your time attacking instead of researching.

I am as interested as any of you in the future of this company. I have been one of the early investors, like Trommel, when the share price was just a few cents.

Here are the facts on the last few months of press releases:

On 3rd May, the company (iM3NY) announced a circa $655M binding Offtake, but without naming the other party or parties involved.
On 4th Aug, the company (again iM3NY) announced another deal worth circa $74M with a "Supplier of US Gov". Again the name of the other party was not released, and then

On 15th Sept, the company (C4V) announced another binding deal worth circa $160M, with Omega Seiki. On top of that, it also released the name of one of the companies who signed the 3rd of May deal(note, the deal was signed with iM3NY, not with C4V), as Sukh Energy.

And if you didn’t know already, iM3NY and C4V are two different companies. And MNS holds different percentage in each of these companies.

Now, based on my research, both Omega Seiki and Sukh Energy are two different small companies.

This is the webpage for Omega Seiki: https://osmobility.in/.....check out the products it offers.

This is the webpage for Sukh Energy: https://sukhenergy.com/.....check out the products it offers.

Furthermore, go to the bottom of the Sukh Energy webpage and read this: Sukh Energy Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 1156922

Do a search on that, and you will come up with this: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/11569222

Note, the matching company number 1156922.

Then go to the financials of this company (under filing) and click the Micro Company Account dated 17 June 2021. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/11569222/filing-history

After I read the Micro financials, I wondered how can a company (Sukh Energy) sign a binding contract within the vicinity of $655M (even if it was just one of the companies involved), when it has assets of $100?

I can assure you, the value of my MNS shares were worth more than $100.

That is why I was concerned and why I sold all of my MNS shares. As I stated above, I have a lot of questions.

Now, I will admit I could be wrongwith in my research.

But nonetheless, I am following my number rule about investing; in times of doubts, protect my capital. And that is what I have done.

So I will wait on the sideline for clarifications.

All in my humble opinion only.

As always, do your own research. And none of my personal opinion above should be taken as financial advice on what you should or should not do with your shares.
