It’s possible that ADN hired Melissa to legally put the IP of HRM and HPA into another subsidiary 100% owned by ADN.
The HRM is personally 100% James Marsh’s idea and innovation and his employer is ADN and not MEP.

The HPA angle is for ADN to gain a licence for AEM’s halloysite processing technology. I have never seen our GWJV partner MEP’s name mentioned in the MOU with AEM.

Why would MEP release an ASX announcement on concrete and HPA technology acknowledging that ADN is pursuing these innovations to support the mine development. Why would they say this? They might be saying this because ADN believe it’s not part of GWJV and MEP are saying it is.

I believe if both companies were in agreement on where the % of technology sits this subjective announcement by MEP would never have been dreamt of. I believe this ASX release by MEP came as a big surprise to ADN executives

It’s no coincidence that ADN hired a non-executive director of Mellisa’s caliber and a week later MEP come out alone with this ASX announcement trying their best at making their shareholders believe that they have a 25% share in the above IP!!

This seperate announcement by MEP has certainly not cleared anything up and if anything has just added fuel to the fire.

Apart from the NNT side of things I think we might be in for a battle unless these 2 parties can come to an agreement.

This subject will not go away and a lot more will be said on this matter going forward.
