    To be honest I don’t know of one industry that isn’t experiencing delays at the moment.
    Having said that I think the DFS should be this quarter but the ML could stretch out a bit due to conditions and govt processes.
    In the scheme of things it makes no difference whether we break ground in Feb or March/April but the shorters May pounce on this and spread fear.
    However I can’t see it being as effective this time as those left now seem to be LTH and more true believers in our fabulous fundamentals
