Hiy Mongombolo,

I am fascinated by the USDollar at the moment.

I have particularly been playing the USDJPY and the AUDUSD.

Although I cannot deny that the USDollar is still sliding...

From an intraday timeframe, short term perspective ( momentum trades based on 1 and 5 minute) momentum is starting to exhibit similar characteristics to that of the last stage of the XJO/spi decline.

Possible "Basing" characteristics? I don't know.

However the big gorilla in the room has got to be the carry trade, and I have no idea what happens to the USD if it becomes the slush bucket for borrowed funds like what happened to the YEN.

A cataclysmic decline is not impossible at all, in fact it would make sense, but if such a thing occurs, I would consider buying the dip (as close to the tip as I can :)
