You chaps are on the wrong board. It says "Change of control" for MEP so it's obviously an ADN bid for MEP. (Change of control means the entity, not the asset) It will also obviously be scrip because of the arbitrage between the two and ADN won't want to spend its cash in this situation. Blindingly obvious for some time. If you have followed me, you know where I sit. ADN shares MAY weaken marginally due to "supply" but in anything other than the short term, if I am correct, subject to terms, this is very positive for the project and ADN.
