    BODs would approve.
    independent valuations done.
    just going thru the process now.
    MEP holders remain exposed to project
    i think it will b a clean deal… not complicated.
    ADN get the 25% cheaper than market value
    ADN can get on with it, no need to consult with junior partner, maybe don’t even need a bfs.
